Frequently Asked Questions

How many hours can we rent the photo booth for?

We have a minimum 2 hour rental requirement period, however you can rent the photo booth for as many hours as you like. We understand that you may want the photo booth during certain hours of your event, therefore we offer non-operational hours at a lower rate specifically for that situation. With non – operational hours, you have the flexibility of scheduling “photo booth” hours at a lower hourly rate overall. To find out more information, please contact us for more details.

Do you drop off the Photo booth at the event?

Yes. We will arrive well before the start time of the event, so that the Photo Booth is ready for when your guests arrive.  We will also be present throughout the rental period to answer any questions and to assist your guests during your event.

How can the pictures be “Wedding/Party Favours?"

Photo booth prints are the ultimate in Wedding/Party Favours! Our in-house graphic designer will work closely with you to design the template of your choice to mark that special event. The Photo Booth will print copies of the photos for your guests and it will serve as a great reminder of the FUN times at the event. We also have frames that you can purchase which make great thank you gifts, place cards or Wedding/Party Favours.

Do you provide props?

Yes. We have a wide assortment of props and we are always changing and updating our collection. If you have any specials requests for props, please contact us.

How long does it take for the prints to be ready for our guests?

It only takes about 10 seconds per print. With near instant prints, your guests will not be holding up the line for their photos and that photo line will constantly move.

Am I Charged for the set-up time?

No. We typically arrive about 1 hour before the start of the event (depending on the event) to set up the equipment? Any set up and pack down is not charged or counted towards your rental time.

Will there be an onsite attendant?

Yes. There will always be a fully trained and friendly attendant to assist your guests, to answer any questions and to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Are there any limits to the number of photos that can be taken?

Depending on your package selection, generally your guests may take an unlimited number of pictures during the time that you have booked the photo booth!

Are digital copies available?

Yes. You will be provided with ALL high-resolution photos from the event and they will be available on our photo gallery within a short time after your event, alternately we can send you a USB with all the photos uploaded.

How do I check if you are available on a particular date?

Simply contact us with the date and time of your event and we will confirm our availability?

Can you accommodate for outdoor events?

We can setup the photo booth for outdoor events weather permitting and access to an electrical power outlet is required.
