By paying any part of the invoice the hirer is also agreeing to the Terms & Conditions.
A $200 deposit is necessary to secure the event time and date. Until a deposit is received, the date cannot be confirmed. The outstanding amount must be paid by the hirer to Studio Booth at least 7 days before the event.
A travel surcharge may apply to events outside of the Sydney metropolitan area. (Defined as 60 km from Sydney CBD). An idle fee may apply for extensive waiting periods. Events on boats and certain dates (including public holidays) are subject to an additional surcharge.
Fancy dress props (if used) must be in good order at the end of the event, otherwise a charge may apply.
GST
All prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation
If the hirer cancels within 7 days of booking, the deposit will be returned in full. If the hirer cancels after 7 days of booking, the deposit and all other monies paid are non-refundable. 14 days’ notice is required of changes to the time and date of the event. Studio Booth cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays at the venue.
Privacy
Studio Booth will not sell your details to any third party and will take reasonable measures to ensure that your details remain confidential.

Hiring, delivery and service
Time taken to deliver, set up and remove the photo booth will be outside the rental period.
A Studio Booth operator will be with the photo booth to ensure smooth operation.
At all times care will be taken by Studio Booth to ensure delivery of high quality photos, however, should equipment failure or damage caused by personal injury or guests occur, liability is accepted by Studio Booth.
Use of images
When hiring from Studio Booth, the hirer gives permission for images taken at the event to be used on Studio Booth website and for advertising purposes, unless stated by the hirer in writing to the contrary. Studio Booth will not use images which are deemed unsuitable on their website or for advertising and will not use any content that may be personally damaging to any person/s.
Force Majeure
We will not be liable for failing to perform under the Agreement by the occurrence of any event beyond our reasonable control, including a labour disturbance, Internet outage or interruption of service, communication outage, failure by a service provided
to us to perform, fire, threatened or actual act of terrorism, natural disaster, or war.
Miscellaneous
The Studio Booth operator may stop the usage of the photo booth at any time during the event if they feel that the photo booth is being misused in a way that is dangerous to any persons or potentially damaging to the product. Any variations to these Terms & Conditions must be agreed to in writing by Studio Booth.
