Payments

Prices are subject to change – please check before booking for current rates.
By paying any part of the invoice the Hirer is also agreeing to the Terms & Conditions.

A $200 deposit is necessary to secure the event date and time. Until a deposit is received, the date cannot be confirmed. The outstanding amount must be paid by the Hirer to Studio Booth no later than 10 days prior to the event.

A travel surcharge may apply to events outside of the Sydney Metropolitan area. An idle fee may apply for extensive waiting periods. Events on boats and certain dates (including public holidays) may be subject to an additional surcharge.

GST

All prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation

If the Hirer cancels within 7 days of booking, the deposit will be returned in full. If the Hirer cancels after 7 days of booking, the deposit and all other monies paid are non-refundable. 14 days’ notice is required of changes to the time and date of the event and subject to availability. Studio Booth cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays at the venue.

Postponement and Rescheduling – this applies to all services

A 14 day notice is required on changes to the time and date of the event.

A date and time change is subject to availability.

Payments already made will be credited to the new date/time. 

Space and Power Requirements – Photo Booth Service

Depending on which type of photo booth is booked, space required ranges from 1.5m x 1.5m, 2m x 2m or 3m x 3m.
Access to 10A, 240v power.

At all times care will be taken by Studio Booth to ensure the delivery of high quality photos. In the event of equipment failure resulting in a reduction of rental term, then a reduction in rental will be administered.

Privacy

Studio Booth will not sell your details to any third party and will take reasonable measures to ensure that your details remain confidential.

Studio Booth may contact you with future special offers.

Hiring, delivery and service

Time taken to deliver, set up and remove the photo booth will be outside the rental period.

A Studio Booth operator will be with the photo booth to ensure smooth operation.

Set-up of the Photo Booth takes approximately 1 hour whilst break down and removal takes approximately 45 minutes.

At all times care will be taken by Studio Booth to ensure the delivery of high quality photos. In the event of equipment failure resulting in a reduction of rental term, then a reduction in rental will be administered.

Use of images

When hiring from Studio Booth, the Hirer gives permission for images taken at the event to be used on the Studio Booth website and for advertising purposes, unless stated otherwise by the Hirer in writing to the contrary. Studio Booth will not use images which are deemed unsuitable on their website or for advertising and will not use any content that may be personally damaging to any person/s.

Delivery and Service

Delivery set up and removal of the Studio Booth equipment is included in the service.

Venue

It is the Hirer’s responsibility to ensure that all address details of the venue are correct. Studio Booth cannot be responsible for any delays resulting from incorrect addresses. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to ensure that the venue has agreed for Studio Booth to be in attendance at their venue at the agreed time.  This will also includes ensuring that there is access to enter the venue and ample space with a power socket in close proximity of where the service is to be provided (usually within (1.5m) If there is insufficient space for Studio Booth to provide its service then the Hirer will still be charged the full hired amount. It is the Hirer’s responsibility to inform Studio Booth of any circumstances that may make setting up take longer. This may include  stairwells, upper floor levels, a long distance from the unloading area to set up area etc. If we are not aware of these conditions and the set-up takes longer than the usual set up time, then your hire period may be used as part of the set-up period.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for failing to perform under the Agreement by the occurrence of any event beyond our reasonable control, including a labour disturbance, Internet outage or interruption of service, communication outage, failure by a service provided to us to perform, fire, threatened or actual act of terrorism, natural disaster, or war.

Miscellaneous

The Studio Booth operator may stop the usage of the photo booth at any time during the event if they feel that the photo booth is being misused in a way that is dangerous to any persons or potentially damaging to the product. Any variations to these Terms & Conditions must be agreed to in writing by Studio Booth.
